WHY NYLC
Not simply another youth retreat.
Not simply another youth retreat.
The conference is intended to strengthen—not replace—the local church. Students should leave with a deeper grasp of the gospel, stronger relationships, a clearer sense of calling, and concrete ways to serve where God has placed them.
A conference experience shaped with youth pastors, for students, and toward stronger local churches.

MORE THAN A CONFERENCE
NYLC is the first step, not the destination.
NYLC is the first step, not the destination.
NYLC sits at the beginning of the Kingdom Harvesters Pathway. A student who starts discerning a call in youth ministry can be accompanied through college, seminary, ordination, and early ministry — until the day they mentor the next generation themselves.
